Hayliegh Turns 2!
On January 24, Hayliegh turned 2!!!! We had her birthday party on the Saturday before, and we had a good day. Her theme this year was Ladybug Princess. I made her cake and all the decorations this year. She was sure spoiled again this year!
January Preschool Field Trip
For January's Field Trip Alec's class went to the Salem Public Libary.
They had story time:
Then they went into the Discovery Room. Where they learned about energy and was to make and save it.
Portland's Childerns Museum
Back on January 17th, with no school the kids and I along with Grace and her mom Tara went to the Portland's Childrens Museum for the 1st time. We have been to the Zoo tons but never across the parking lot to here. SO we thought why not. AND its cheaper to get into as well, which doesn't hurt any either.
The kids had a blast. We went from room to room spending lots of time in each room. They even had a real Lama come in that day for the kids to see and pet. Only Jayna wanted anything to do with it though. Over all we had a great day, and the kids had a blast! Here is a sample of our day:
