The Jurgens Family

Yesterday Chris and I took Alec and Hayliegh to Enchanted Forest. We spent all afternoon there and closed the park. Alec had a blast and so did Hayliegh.  Alec's biggest fear was Storybook Land. He really didn't like it to much. Especially anything that was dark, or the sounds were scary to him. Like the 3 little bears house, papa bear scared him, wouldn't even go near the house.  But other then that he had a blast riding on all the rides with daddy.

Of the up and coming year....

at 18months the boys and girls getting to go to nursery at church. Its a time of bitter sweetness to most parents. They are either the type that are "YEAH! Now we can enjoy class or go to class" Or there are the ones that are like "WHAT Already?! To soon, they can't be that old already."
You find that the kids are the same way. Some go easy others play hard ball and want nothing to do with it. While others it depends on the week.
When Alec went into nursery we had a rough time, a lot of crying etc. This time was a different thing all together.  When I walked Hayliegh into the nursery the 1st time, I waiting for her to start crying and have problems. But she went over and started playing. We left and she was fine. I checked on her every 15-20mins and she was still fine. She is the youngest in there at this time but that will soon change. Starting in the next couple weeks every couple weeks a new boy or girl will be joining the ranks due to the fact that we had babies (at least one a month)  born all year last year and into this year. It will be a big class that they will be splitting here in the next couple weeks. But Hayliegh's class will cont to grow the rest of the year... this will be fun for her....

At my brother's birthday party Hayliegh had a blast getting into and out of my niece Emmah's car and opening and closing the door. So when my Step-Dad Dave  found a car at a garage sale and the door worked he HAD to buy it for her. And today my mom brought Hayliegh her first car... she wont do anything now but play in it and gets mad if you wont let her....
